Day 01 Arrival to San Jose/Finca Rosa Blanca
A private transfer from Best of Costa Rica will greet you at the airport and drive you to Finca Rosa Blanca Country Inn, a first-class boutique hotel located 30 minutes away from San Jose. Finca Rosa Blanca offers breathtaking views of the Central Valley volcanoes, cloud forests, and coffee plantations.

Day 02 Flight to Puerto Jiménez / Lapa Ríos Lodge
Early in the morning you will fly over to Puerto Jimenez, where a representative from Lapa Ríos Eco-Lodge will greet you. Lapa Ríos Eco-Lodge is set in a private nature reserve spread over 1,000 acres of Central America's last remaining lowland tropical rainforest in Costa Rica, the Ecolodge overlooks the pristine point where the Golfo Dulce meets the wild Pacific Ocean, making it the destination that matches every one's idea of paradise.

Day 03 Lapa Ríos Lodge
Suggested activities: Sea turtle tour. After a twenty minute car ride you will arrive in a community developed and operated turtle farm and hatchery. Enjoy a full explanation about the different turtles that come to nest while walking through primary forest. At the beach, experience the wonder of releasing the baby turtles into the ocean. A perfect activity for all ages! Offered only during turtle nesting season.

Day 04 Lapa Ríos Lodge
Suggested activities: Caña Blanca Sanctuary and Dolphin tour. Cross the majestic Golfo Dulce by boat and visit the non-profit Wildlife Caña Blanca Foundation. Learn about the rehabilitation programs and participate with the injured and orphaned animals, most of whom are endangered species that eventually will be released at Piedras Blanca National Park.

Day 05 Flight to Quepos / Hotel Arenas del Mar
You will board a small plane to Quepos. Hotel Arenas del Mar is a beachfront resort situated in the rainforest of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Day 06 Hotel Arenas del Mar / Damas Island Mangrove by Kayak
This is a very special opportunity to get in touch with nature, feel the water under your kayak while paddling through amazing places. Besides the wonderful scenic beauty, you can also appreciate a great diversity of wildlife. Kayaking through this unique and protected inland waterway is truly a great adventure. You will combine adventure with education, which is easy since the Damas is the perfect place to learn about one of the most important ecosystems in the world, the Mangrove Forest.

Day 07 Hotel Arenas del Mar
Suggested activities: Morning or Sunset sailing tour. You will get to discover the wonders of our imposing Manuel Antonio coastline and climb aboard one of Costa Rica’s greatest sailing experiences by morning or sunset. Marvel at mysterious islands with jagged rock formations, towering cliffs and nesting grounds to sixteen species of marine pelagic birds.

Day 08 Flight back to San Jose / Finca Rosa Blanca
A representative will drive you to the airstrip where you will board a plane back to San Jose. In San Jose a representative will drive you all the way to Finca Rosa Blanca Hotel, where you can relax and rest!

Day 09 Departure from San Jose
A transfer from Best of Costa Rica will drive you to the Juan Santamaria International Airport for your return flight.
