Day 1 Arrival to San José/ Finca Rosa Blanca A private van will provide transportation from the  airport to Finca Rosa Blanca Country Inn, a first-class boutique hotel located 30 minutes from San Jose.  Situated hillside,  Finca Rosa Blanca is architecturally stunning and offers dreamlike views of the Central Valley volcanoes, cloud forests, and coffee plantations. Junior Suite, breakfast  included.

Day 2 Flight to Hotel Punta Islita A transfer will pick you up at Finca Rosa Blanca to drive you to the airport where you will board a small plane for the brief flight to Hotel Punta Islita, a jewel of a romantic vacation spot and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World.  Its impressive layout, rustic-colonial architecture, and impeccable service will cater to you as the most important couple on the planet.

Day 3 Punta Islita *Suggested activities: All-Terrain Fun Adventure  Explore a network of designated off-road coastal and mountain trails for an exhilarating ATV adventure.   Your guided tour will take you to vantage heights for the most spectacular panoramic views of the Tropical Dry Forest and rugged seashore Deluxe room, Continental breakfast.

Day 4 Punta Islita *Suggested activities: River Kayaking Eco Safari Meander through a pristine swath of exciting tropical jungle over the gentle waters of the Ora River.  This family-friendly guided paddling adventure begins with a 20 minute ride in our comfortable Toyota Landcruiser.  Venturing into the unspoiled heart of the forest , this tour takes you to a secluded riverbank for a safety briefing and kayak drop-in.  The river will steer you through a mesmerizing tract home to giant Ceiba trees, Roseate Spoonbills, and a myriad of exotic animal and plant species. Deluxe room, Continental breakfast.

Day 5 Punta Islita *Suggested activities: Time to pamper yourself!  Pepper your day with relaxation…The ocean can provide a unique backdrop for a full-body massage or a luxurious facial with tropical herbs.  Relax by the pool, sip a cocktail, or just lounge in a hammock.  As a crowning moment of perhaps the most soothing and romantic day of your lives, request the beach-side private dinner.  Punta Islita’s Staff will accommodate a private table right on the sand, shrouded by the beautiful shoreline vegetation.  Torches will illuminate the fully set dinning table as the ocean surf serenades you.  Enjoy the delectable gourmet food and an exquisite glass of fine wine or champagne.  Truly unforgettable! Day 6 Private transfer \ to Arenal Volcano Commercial flight back to San Jose, a transfer from Best of Costa Rica will drive you to Arenal Volcano, it is  a 3-4 hour drive going through rolling hills and picturesque small towns.  Arenal Volcano rewards its visitors with spectacular red-hot lava displays and earth-rattling thunder.  Nestled in a lush valley on the northern side of Arenal Volcano, you can find a broad selection of lodging options, among them: Tabacon Resort, Arenal Kioro, Lost Iguana,  Volcano Lodge, Arenal Paraiso. Day 7 Arenal Volcano/Rainforest *Suggested activities:  Explore the hiking trails, take a guided tour of the nearby town of La Fortuna, or be thrilled by the exciting Canopy Tour that lets you experience the rainforest from a truly unique viewpoint.  Or simply kick back and enjoy a volcanic mud facial or a full-body massage at Tabacon’s own Iskandria Spa. Day 8 Return to San Jose/Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Spend the morning enjoying the rainforest and lush rainforest  in preparation for your transfer back to San Jose.  Nestled in a 30 acre coffee plantation, this luxury hotel is a replica of a colonial "Hacienda".  Among other amenities, you can enjoy two outdoor swimming pools, health club, sauna, and choice of five restaurants. Standard Luxury Room, breakfast included.

Day 9 Departure from San Jose
