01 Arrival
to San José/ Marriott Hotel
A Best of Costa Rica representative will greet you at the airport and provide transportation to the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel. Nestled in a 30 acre coffee plantation, this luxury hotel is a replica of a colonial "Hacienda". Among other amenities, you and your beloved can enjoy its golf course, 2 outdoor swimming pools, health club, sauna, and choice of five restaurants

Flight to Palmar Sur/Aguila de Osa Inn

A Best of Costa Rica representative will drive you to Pavas airport where you will board a small plane to Palmar Sur. Aguila de Osa Inn is located in Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, situated on a high bluff overlooking the Aguitas river with panoramic views of Drake Bay. Reaching out into the Pacific Ocean along the southwest coast, the Osa was once described by National Geographic as one of the most biologically intense places on earth. Encompassing Corcovado National Park and Caño Island, two of Costa Rica's most prized protected areas, the Osa Peninsula is a priceless natural treasure with an abundance of tropical plants, mammals, insects and over 350 species of birds.

| Day 03 Aguila de Osa Inn-Tour to Corcovado National Park.. |
Situated just 20-30 minutes by boat from Aguila de Osa Inn, Corcovado National Park is world reknown for its rich diversity and spectacular scenery. Your Corcovado tour begins with a visit the San Pedrillo Ranger Station, which is the Park's northern most ranger station. From here your guide will lead you up into the dense jungle comprised of primary and secondary forest, during which time you'll be introduced to some of the more interesting aspects of the Park's natural surroundings.
The trails themselves are clearly marked and easy to navigate, ascending and descending through the verdant rainforest. One particular trail leads to a large waterfall, ideal for photos and/or bathing.

04
Aguila de Osa Inn-Caño Island Tour
Caño Island is situated just 12 nautical miles from Aguila de Osa Inn, and can be seen just minutes after leaving the protected cove of the hotel. The boat ride to the Park entrance takes approximately 45 minutes, during which time you might be lucky enough to see whales and/or dolphins frolicking in the ocean. Your tour to Caño Island includes ample time to snorkel in front of the ranger station. This will provide snorkelers with an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with the underwater terrain and sea life surrounding Caño Island. |

05 Fly to San Jose/Transfer to El Silencio Lodge and Spa
Your local flight departs early in the morning to San Jose, where a representative from Best of Costa Rica will greet you and drive you to El Silencio Lodge. The 1.5 hour ride will take through winding mountain roads, coffee plantations, and rustic villages. Your first afternoon at El Silencio Lodge will feature a signature Spa treatment to soothe away stress. (Couple’s massage included)

06 El Silencio Lodge and Spa
*Suggested activities: Greet the day and natural surroundings with a guided Mystic Hiking adventure. In the afternoon, channel the positive energy of the forest through a revitalizing yoga session
